Coconut Apple Cri…
Ingredients
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in melted butter and coconut until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
