Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey and coconut oil.
  4. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and stir until all the oats are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir the granola around and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  8. Enjoy!
