- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, cinnamon and salt.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and coconut oil.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and stir until all the oats are evenly coated.
- Spread the granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Stir the granola around and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
