Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and honey.
  2. Stir until combined and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir again then add in the shredded coconut.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve chilled with desired toppings.
