Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 4 slices of bread

Steps
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  4. Cook the slices for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
