Clam Chowder
Ingredients
  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion is tender.
  2. Stir in the condensed potato soup, chicken broth and cream-style corn. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
  3. Stir in clams and black pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
