- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion is tender.
- Stir in the condensed potato soup, chicken broth and cream-style corn. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
- Stir in clams and black pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
