- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey and cinnamon.
- Stir in the oats and walnuts until evenly coated.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
