In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and crushed cereal.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, then coat with the cereal mixture. Make sure to press down lightly so that the crumbs stick to both sides of the bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Place 2 slices of french toast in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping once.
Repeat with remaining butter and french toast slices.
