In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, butter, eggs and oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth.
Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size.
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll out into an 18x12 inch rectangle.
Mix together 1/3 cup of melted butter with 2/3 cup of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
Cut into 12 strips lengthwise and then cut each strip into 4 pieces crosswise. Place each piece in the prepared baking pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
