- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
- When the popping slows down, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
- Melt butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add sugar and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and stir to evenly coat.
- Serve immediately.
