Ingredients
  • 1 package cinnamon rolls, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Place the cut cinnamon rolls in the baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top of the cinnamon rolls and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the casserole and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
