Ingredients
  • 1 can (12.4 ounces) Pillsbury™ refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Separate dough into 8 rolls; set icing aside. Cut each roll into quarters; place in baking dish.
  3. In small bowl, mix melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over dough pieces.
  4. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and vanilla with whisk until blended. Pour over dough pieces.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
  6. Spread reserved icing over warm French toast bake.
