- 1 can (12.4 ounces) Pillsbury™ refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Separate dough into 8 rolls; set icing aside. Cut each roll into quarters; place in baking dish.
- In small bowl, mix melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over dough pieces.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and vanilla with whisk until blended. Pour over dough pieces.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
- Spread reserved icing over warm French toast bake.
