- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and salt.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and mix until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp with marinade to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- Garnish with additional cilantro before serving.
