Cilantro Lime Hum…
Ingredients
  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lime juice, olive oil, water, cilantro and cumin in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with pita chips or vegetables for dipping.
