Cilantro Lime Hum…
Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lime juice, olive oil, cumin and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the hummus to a bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  3. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
