- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
- Add curry powder, cumin, ginger and cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
