Chutney
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  2. Add curry powder, cumin, ginger and cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
