Chunky Guacamole …
Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
