- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
