Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine popcorn kernels, dark chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add melted butter to the popcorn mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  7. Scoop popcorn mixture onto the top of cupcakes and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
