- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine popcorn kernels, dark chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

- Scoop popcorn mixture onto the top of cupcakes and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
