Chocolate Souffle
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  3. Stir in the flour and sugar.
  4. Add the egg yolks one at a time, stirring until smooth.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and set. Serve immediately.
