Chocolate Popcorn…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 cups popped popcorn

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spread onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
