Chocolate Popcorn…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups popcorn, popped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup

Steps
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted.
  2. Add the corn syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat.
  4. Using a spoon or your hands, form the popcorn into balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
