Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sea salt.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
