- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sea salt.
- Stir in the cocoa powder until everything is evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
