- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed and chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
