Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until center is almost set.
