Ingredients
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 16 ounces marshmallows

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla and almond extract (if using).
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until they are completely melted.
  4. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish and serve with dippers of your choice.
