Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth and creamy.
