Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the cream and corn syrup over medium heat until just boiling.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
  5. Dip fruit, marshmallows, pretzels, or cake cubes into the fondue.
