- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium saucepan, heat the cream and corn syrup over medium heat until just boiling.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
- Dip fruit, marshmallows, pretzels, or cake cubes into the fondue.
