Chocolate Coconut…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats and coconut.
  3. Add the almond butter and honey and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.
