Chocolate Coconut…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a food processor, pulse the dates until they are broken down into small pieces.
  2. Add the oats and coconut and pulse until combined.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, almond butter and vanilla extract and pulse until everything is combined.
  4. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
