Chocolate Coconut…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Steps
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and honey.
  2. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  3. Serve cold or warm.
  4. Top with additional coconut flakes, chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
