- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and honey.
- Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Serve cold or warm.
- Top with additional coconut flakes, chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
