Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch store-bought graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread the chocolate chips over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream until thick. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spread whipped cream over the chocolate chips in the crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
  5. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
