- 1 9-inch store-bought graham cracker crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread the chocolate chips over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream until thick. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the chocolate chips in the crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
- Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
