- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
- Stir in flour and salt until blended.
- Add vanilla and stir until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
