Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and almonds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, melted coconut oil, salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  7. Press granola mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
