Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 quart chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, softened
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips and flour until blended. Spread evenly into the prepared crust.
  2. Spread ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  3. Let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
