Ingredients
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the Oreo cookies on top of the vanilla ice cream and press down lightly.
  4. Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the Oreos.
  5. Spread the cookie dough ice cream evenly over the top of the Oreos. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
