Ingredients
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until blended.
  3. Add eggs and extracts; mix until blended.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool completely before removing from pan.
  8. Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
