- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until blended.
- Add eggs and extracts; mix until blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely before removing from pan.
- Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
