Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  5. Cool before serving.
