Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the oats, walnuts and chocolate chips until everything is evenly combined.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
