Chocolate Caramel…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10 cups popped popcorn

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup; stir to combine.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
  4. Pour mixture over popcorn, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Shape into balls and set aside to cool.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.
