Chocolate Brownie…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pint of your favorite ice cream flavor

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the cocoa, baking powder, salt and flour; stir into the creamed mixture until blended.
  5. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven. Do not overcook.
  7. Let cool before serving.
